I also have the capability to start a forced regen from my dash control menu. I start looking for diesel fuel when the the tank reaches half which is in the 800 mile range. I have a 16 gallon DEF tank, 230 gallon diesel tank, and fill up with DEF when it reaches half which is about every other (half) diesel fill.

When I troubleshoot a no start problem, and I suspect the ECM is at fault.
Freightliner has power but wonpercent27t start.
